Mobert will present his latest addition to K2019.

The compact and high performance single-roll roll line for the production of roll bags with drop-proof welding. The useful width of 1150mm, a film speed of 150 meters /min and 250 cycles per minute, make this line among the most performing in the category.

Among the salient features, we highlight the sealing bar with NiCr wire resistance. The welding  is then kept at a constant temperature of 25 degrees avoiding deformations as it happens on machines with hot sealing bars.

An exclusive system for handling the sealing bar guarantees a much higher welding time compared to  the systems with eccentrics. Therefore high thickness films can also be processed at high speed.

The roll produced is automatically taped with a band of paper that can reach up a width of 200 mm. The control system with the latest generation of industrial PC and network connection,make this machine configurable with the Industry 4.0 package.
