Packing: in rolls with paper tape

Ribbon insertion group with fold/edge Patented Mobert and  continuous welding with thermo regulated hot air. NASTROSAC welding machine with Brushless motors running on an integrated system. The main construction characteristics of the welding machine unified with those of the Roller 110E series. Motorized Monofolding device.

The new line is completed with a new winder with 4 mandrels able to provide up to 25 changes per minute at a maximum speed of 300 cycles per minute.

Stabilized welding bar with Double Ni-Cr strips; Welding bar temperature of about 30 - 40 °C

Auxiliary welding for Draw-String reinforcement, with independent regulation of the temperature.

Cooling with closed circuit liquid; Autonomous heat – exchanger.

Continuous sealing system with film movement at  constant speed.                

Pre-cut knurling group with rapid adjustment system according to the thickness and type of material incorporated in the sealing group.

Patented Mobert system of mechanical film blocking

Production data and bag length can be digitally set on monitor with possibility to store "recipes" of production. This allows you to quickly change the type of processing, by pressing a key the previously stored data set.

Taping unit for securing the roll with gummed tape. Conveyor belt for extracting rolls. Computerized electronic management of the whole production cycle. General controls for the main causes of Stop with instructions displayed on the monitor
